Underglow keep turning on every time I turn it off from controller . Also one of the strips they sent me doesn’t even work at all.

For some odd reason app works but controller doesn’t respond shut the app off the lights still stay on. Have to keep pulling the fuse out of the controller to shut the lights off. I am using the LED lamp app one up lighting said to try ride bright and app can’t download that either

Install was super easy. Proper prep made the 3m stick very well for the areas I couldn’t use the included mechanical fasteners. Great product and would definitely recommend.

These are great quality led lights that are bright, true to the colors, and easy to work with through the app! always breaking necks and getting props on the street with the new lights was sure to pay to have them installed and tucked to ensure the purchase stays put.
Downside: depending on where you want to mount extra led strips (I had two 40 inch strips) you may or may not be able to hook up depending on where the female clip is located. Spoke to customer rep and they said they would look into developing extra wiring cord for the lighting as they have it for the Rockglow and Wheelglow kits, but not the Underglow and they do not recommend using other kit’s wiring.
