ROCKGLOW-X Replacement Control Box | ONEUPLIGHTING

Got the 16 kit and one of the controllers was bad. Rather than send a replacement, they want me to troubleshoot and video so they can inspect. Seriously? You will see the enclosed controller the same as I do. Then try to tell me that the professional shop I had install them probably hooked them up wrong. Nevermind they do these professionally. That has been checked and everything is good. One side works and the other is a dead stick. Do not do business with this company. They don't make returns on faulty parts easy, if at all possible. Fortunately, in my Jeep community, I know of at least 7 sales they have already lost due to this fiasco. Spend your money where you want, but my opinion is you can get better quality parts and customer service at a better price somewhere else. I learned the hard way, and my time is more valuable than trying to deal with this company.

This is the worst company for lights for your vehicle. Please keep searching elsewhere. There are much more better competitors. They do not take care of their customers, one of my light boxes broke, and it hasn’t even been a year, customer service did not take care of me at all. They only gave me 20% off, which only covered shipping, so pretty much I had to re-buy the whole item. Not good customer satisfaction, please continue looking elsewhere if you want better quality and save your buck !

Trash, the controller burnt out first mo th I had it!!! Seems to be an occurring problem

3 controllers powering 24 lights. I gave these guys that much money and when every one of the 3 controllers and 24 pod lights burnt out (maybe not all 24 yet but I've lost count). I have bought since the original 3 controllers and 24 pods to get this light coverage, I buy an additional 4 controllers and 10 or so pod lights just to maintain this look and bow I'm back considering a 5th controller for another burnt out controller that should I add I also put in liquid tight enclosures and they still burn out. I'm an electrician and I ensure it was getting what it needed and was installed carefully and by a licensed competent professional. Don't get into this wasteful loop. There are other brands, and ones that can actually cast a real white light. Not this multicolored diamond glare crap I was told was white
