Gregg B I went through the same thing after about 30 emails videos they kept making going excuse after another no phone number to call which is a joke. Finally after at least 30 emails they sent me out a new controller which was the issue the whole time. Got the new controller, it was actually different from the first one I got, which didn’t respond. This won’t work great now after three months. It’s not responding correctly. So now I’ll just rip the lights out and be done with them.

Buyer beware! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Control module shorted out within 3 days!!

BIYER BEWARE!! Worst company EVER! My underglow module shorted out within 3 days. We went round and round with customer service emailing photos and communication. Customer Service kept saying the same thing over and over and NEVER helped!
